Preparation of AS-IS documents
Giving support, advice to process owners and provide requirement to Consultant.
Preparation of Business Blue Print documents and getting Sign-off from respective Process owners.
Helping to maximize the use of SAP within the process owner.

Handled data migration activities.
Involved in Payroll Mock Run to test the correctness of Payroll results in comparison with Legacy system (Orion System).
Provide requirements related to Enterprise portal.
Preparation of Role & Authorization Matrix
Providing Business Consultancy within the HR business Process sector adhering to DEWA Norms.
Liaising with third party SAP technicians.
Responsible for the investigation and resolving problems on a day-to-day basis which is part of Post Go-live support phase
Process work related to promotion, transfer, change of designation, salary increase, resignation, termination, retirement, sad demise, Personnel committee, Administrative Violation Committee (disciplinary action), Final Settlement, all type of leaves, attendance and warnings
