• PMO Member with EPM committee for the review of consultant's studies and proposals
Responsibilities:
Ensure the deliverables as per the client’s expectation.
• PMO review of Consultants Safety Reports for CPA projects
Generating a PMO Safety Report after reviewing the monthly reports done by consultants of CPA construction projects
• Validity and accuracy of data
• Improvement in site safety conditions and reduction of accidents
• Implementation of Recommendations
• Dammam Public Transport Project: Dammam Metro.
Integrated Public Transport Network (LRT, BRT)
• Review with the EPM team, Studies and reports provided by consultants and provide questions and comments regarding:
• Feasibility study report ( alignments, Alternatives, economical status, comprehensive public transport system for Dammam and vicinities
• Preliminary Design
• Request for Proposal RFP - (LRT, BRT) Instruction, conditions, letter of Tender, Schedules, employers requirements, drawings, BRT bus fleets.
• Pre-qualification Of Consultants and Contractors
• Credentials applying to contract or work with EPM.
• Review and verify consultants and contactors: documents, certificates, Licenses and its validity, history, achievement, projects and project value done and manpower, in accordance with MOMRA, MOT and EPM standards, specifications and classifications .
• Classifying the grade of consultants and contractors according to their existing and performance, projects and value work, history of projects.
• Infrastructure: management, construction, planning, design and supervision for roadway & highway design, intersections and interchanges design, utilities including water and sewage treatment networks, fire protection, irrigation and lighting, traffic forecasting and value engineering. Familiarity with the American Standards including the AASHTO.
• Airports terminals and facilities: management, construction and supervision for terminals, aprons, runways and taxiways, roads, parking, Load centers, utilities water and sewage treatment network, fire protection, irrigation, lighting, transportation planning and traffic engineering studies and research.
• Monitoring progress - updates
• All site works assuring material capability, execution as per drawings adhering to time schedule.
• In charge of all construction activities and full coordination with all subcontractors.
• Carrying out all duties related to construction activities on site.
• Checking of interim payment certificates for all trade contractors and consultants
• Follow -up / implementing QA / QC and safety procedures .
