o Providing quality, accurate and relevant advice on the whole spectrum of legal matters that apply to Company’s business
o Providing clarification on legal language and complex matters to relevant internal departments of the Company
o Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements
o Liaising with General Counsel on managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company’s policies and procedures
o Participating in solving complex legal problems and provide recommendations and solutions is necessary
o Participating in meetings with potential partners, attending board meetings, preparing resolutions
o Advising on suitable insurance policies and performing necessary steps to minimize legal risks to the Company
o Continuous communication with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
o Participating in the selecting, retaining, managing and evaluating of outside legal counsel
o Preparing an internal template document library, to include MOUs, LOIs, Service Agreements, NDAs, Collaboration Agreements, Employment Agreements and Consultant Agreements
o Maintains well-organized retention and document management system for legal agreements and related documentation
o Carry out such other duties as requested by the General Counsel and/or Chief Executive Officer
o Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements
o Conduct legal analysis and researches on various legal matters by utilizing various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information
o Provide advices on legal issues and drafting legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents
o Reviewing legal material and any other relevant documents to identify the most important issues that need to be sorted out on priority basis
o Draw up formalities for settlement of disputes and monitor the implementation of legal clauses
o Liaising with external counsel in handling disputes before courts & other legal bodies and managing dispute resolution & settlement of claims
o Carry out such other duties as requested by the Managing Director and/or the Chairman
o Providing legal advices and consultancies on legal matters related to Company’s business
o Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements
o Producing different kind of agreements for frequently repeated activities with periodic review to introduce appropriate amendments if and when so required
o Deploying all preventive means to limit company’s legal risk and exposure live work closely with all level of and preventive measures for legal awareness
o Collaborating with the Commercial Teams during the preparation of contracts to ensure that the company is legally and commercially protected
o Rendering intial legal advice to all departments on all legal matters & all documents and instruments having legal implications as and when requested
o Working with external counsel (when and if so required) in handling disputes before courts & other legal bodies and managing dispute resolution & settlement of claims
o Superving registration of new entities and contribution during all registration stages from contracts negotiation’s stage till final establishment in compliance with relevant rules and requirements
o Maintaining follow-up with government regulatory bodies in order to be acquired with any new laws/regulations and executive orders newly enacted that may impact the company or any of our sister companies
o Giving legal advice and opinion to the sister companies in accordance with the Qatari Laws & Regulations and preparing legal advices, (Oral & Written) upon thorough researches
o Carry out such other duties as requested by the General Manager and/or the Chairman
