• Manage district level team, office Supplies, Office Maintenance and
Administration.
• Maintain close liaison with district counterparts on all technical and
operational aspects of the program.
• Selected Women Friendly Health Space (WFHS) Assistants for the concerned
health facilities.
• Prepared monthly work plans and progress reports and submitted them to
the head office.
• Conducted awareness sessions on GBV, child abuse, sexual and reproductive
health (SRH), Covid-19, health and hygiene, family planning, and persons
with disabilities (PWDs) for community members in the catchment areas of
health facilities.
• Carried out daily visits to concerned BHUs in target union councils to monitor
OPD services and stock availability in coordination with PPHI, DSM, and DHO.
• In Collaboration with Provincial Coordinator, conduct need assessments and
surveys.
• Distributed dignity kits to community members in line with project capacity.
• Participated in quarterly review meetings at the head office for achievement
assessment and future project planning.
• Conducted assessments of schools and health care facilities regarding WASH

Additional Task COVID-19 Economic Revival Short Term (3Months) Survey and PPEs provided
Conducted one-day orientation sessions for CRPs, sanitary workers, health workers, and DHQ staff to raise awareness about the COVID-19 pandemic.
Delivered awareness sessions regarding the COVID-19 emergency response in the community.
Visited DHQ Hospital daily to educate OPD patients on COVID-19 precautions and SOPs for pandemic response.
Recommended the use of masks, sanitizers, soaps, regular handwashing, and social distancing to the public.
Provided hygiene kits, masks, sanitizers, soaps, PPE kits, and gloves to health staff, administrative personnel, frontline tiger force members, and public spaces across the district.

Ministers Internship Programme as Malaria Assistant in every
activity in District Office and field Level.

collected FM2 forms from health facilities for data compilation and analysis.
• Carried out data bunching and facilitated field activities alongside
operational teams.
• Conducted M&E visits to health facilities to update records, including FM1
forms, stock registers, bin cards, store release forms, and surveillance
charts.
• Checked medicine expiry dates and physically verified stock availability at
health facility stores.
• Collected LLIN (Long-Lasting Insecticidal Nets) distribution data, verified it
against vouchers and facility registers, and developed a consolidated district
level database.

nonfunctional malaria diagnostic centers fully operational.
