Overall responsible for site installation inspection, Testing & Commissioning.
Attend the site meeting with the contractor for day-to-day activities.
Review shop drawing in line with approved design drawing & project specification.
Preparation of manpower log & activity tracker.
Preparation of progress report.
Review the construction work package & inspection test plan (ITP) for submitting to RE for final review and further processing
To ensure and adhere to the quality of work and safety measurements at the site.
Raising quality observation for defective installation to the contractor and maintaining the quality log. Also, a follow-up to the contractor for close-out.
Monitoring the installation activity and raising the non-conformance to the contractor for rectification.
Unsafe & near miss observation to be escalated to the contractor for corrective action and maintaining the safety observation log.
To ensure electrical safe work permit systems is in place and monitoring for zero accidents, zero near-miss at site
To ensure and adhere to the quality of work and safety measurements at the site.
Verify the redness of the work location & material requirement for completion of turnaround task in the scheduled timeframe.
Main role played for all major breakdown
Monitor the installation work in line with the quality plan and project Specification.
Installation and commissioning PLC-based motors (Ready to start, Running, Tripping) Annunciation system.
Supervision for cable laying, termination, jointing from MCCs, Substation, and Motors.
Testing, commissioning, and control circuits of all cubicles Motor’s Starters and Transformers Breakers.
All Electrical Schedule Corrective and Preventive Maintenance at Ammonia, CO2, Nitric Acid, Co-generation, and NP Plants.
Turn Around Supervision activities all MV, LV Motors, Substations, and MCCS.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment, repair, or replacement.
