Established the ICT Department. Manage the IT Infrastructure, Applications, Security and related policies/services for the six colleges over two campuses.

Set the IT operations and strategy for 12 buildings over two campuses and multiple data centres. Led a team of 35 engineers responsible for all Network Infrastructures, Software Solutions, System Administrations and Help Desk Technical Support for the University & Hospital IT Departments.

Led major project to consolidate the Finance, HR and IT systems across six colleges, ensuring interconnectivity across multiple sites, risk assessment and impact tests on key systems.

Negotiated and architected multimillion dollar deals to implement new enterprise software solutions to manage Student Records, Patient Records, process workflow and business critical applications.

Architected security monitoring systems with over 300 IP cameras and built the security monitoring room as well as the backup and storage governance policy.
