Under the overall supervision of the Project Management Specialist and the direct supervision of the Project Management Consultant, there was a responsibility for carrying out several administrational tasks for the Regional Bureau for Arab States (RBAS)
Tasks to be performed:
- Assist in maintaining the office database by in-putting new info and up-dating all files;
- Undertake various administrative tasks (drafting letters, correspondences, scanning, photocopying, etc.);
- Organize and update office files, and maintain the filing system of the Programme Support Unit;
- Assist in research needed for logistics and outreach;
- Assist the Programme Support Unit before, during and after the preparation and organization of activities;
- Perform other tasks requested by the head of the Programme Support Unit or his/ her direct supervisor.
