This mission allowed learning how to manage different project at the same time. To do so, I created a Gantt tool on Excel and Outlook to have a short and long term vision of my work. I also learnt how to deal with different people and adapt; it was crucial to the success of my mission as I'm in contact with 8 different departments.

• Create my new job position and be the link between the Communication and Marketing department based in the UK and the office in France

- Manage the launching communication plan of Azelis Morocco
- Implement an emailing campaign strategy for all the B.U.
- Run a CSR analyze of Azelis France: define the KPI’s, assess our performance, outline the short and long term objectives, create a ludic CSR brochure
- Write press releases and create adapted add
- Run a customer satisfaction survey

• Internal communication:
- Implement the internal communication strategy ex nihilo
- Value the internal successes
- Creating internal trimestral videos to introduce the news
- Manage the Intranet and CRM

For my Masters Degree at the Management School of Normandy I enrolled to an apprenticeship program allowing me to work and study and the same time.

It was a great experience during which I improved my marketing skills and learned about the food ingredient technology. Indeed, I had the chance to work in a food laboratory and develop new concepts. Below you can have a more detailed description of my mission.

• Improve the operational marketing strategy of the Food department
- Create selling tools focused on the food industry needs
- Prepare and animate the leading BtoB food industry exhibition
- Follow punctual market study

• Manage the development of the application laboratory
- Formulate new concepts in the application lab (instant cheesecake, high protein bars beverage & cookies, instant chocolate pudding, extra indulgent muffins)
- Determine the procedure to run smoothly the laboratory
- Visit customers to present the new concepts
