Develop and execute a retail business plan to expand Legrand distribution network in Middle east to meet or
even exceed the established sales goals by working closely with marketing, sales, and product management
teams.
Identify the recommended development initiatives needed to be implemented in our sales strategy, product
portfolio or marketing mix actions.upon retail channel field investigation.
Description of distribution channel organization, Product mapping, competition landscape, price positioning,
marketing & communication tools in point of sales, promotional activities and unique selling proposition.
Duties:
 Strategic assessment: market investigation and analyse to provide an action plan to develop sales in the
retail channel.
 Rollout of the Retail Business Plan per country and follow the action plan.
 Product portfolio: support local teams to define the most suitable product portfolio and stock profiles to push
into the Retail channel.
 Collaboration with the SBU regarding new product development (or sourcing) required to develop sales.
 Merchandising: provide expertise and recommendations on most suitable merchandising to promote brand
and product at the point of sales.
 Sales / Pricing: help local teams to design the most suitable sales organisation to address the retail channel
and provide advice regarding the pricing policy.
 Extensively traveling to multiple markets for field visits and in-market studies; shadowing sales
representatives and providing ongoing support, training, and coaching.
