Project Details:

This project is a Residential Compound owned by Nesaj for Development one of Al Fawzan Group companies. The Compound consists of 248 building consists of 416 unit which are divided as Luxury Stand Alone villas, Town Houses, Apartments Buildings, Studio Buildings and a Club House. It is planned that this Compound to be one of the leading Luxurious Compounds in the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia.

The whole project will be executed as Concrete Sub-Structure works and Precast Buildings designed as Precast bearing walls and Hollow core slabs for stories.
The Client had hired a professional team of Project Management co. and Consultancy firm to achieve his fast track project within the time frame and budget. These teams to spend efforts to keep the project on track and without budget or time overrun.


Activities:

 Supervising all Electrical works.
 Follow up time schedule - To achieve our project in right time
 Attend regular meetings with clients, and contractors for coordination and information distribution.
 Supervise the construction, maintenance to ensure the work is executed to the client's specifications.
 Issues materials, Shop drawings and methods of statement approvals

 Review the MEP Material submittals prior to submit to Consultant for approval.
 Extract, Present and evaluate the technical information from received offer.
 Rectifying the Consultant comments with the co-ordination of Supplier.
 Reporting Status of the Approvals to Project Manager & Functional manager.
 Convince the Consultant to take the Approval for the submitted Material Submittals.
 Focus on Material Submittal to meet Project Specification to minimize the consultant comments.
 Responsible for the entire vendor selection process starting from floating enquiry till procuring end.
 Getting the material submittals and submit to the site team and following up for approvals
 Responsible for processing Work Orders after evaluating the quotes technically and commercially.
 Preparing and placing Letter of Intents and Purchase Orders after obtaining all the necessary approvals.
 Negotiating with the suppliers and preparing the purchase strategy.
 Involved in developing new vendors through continuous searching, market intelligence over internet, newspapers and market studies, etc.
 Maintaining quality and cost reduction of mechanical goods.
 Regular supplier performance evaluation through database provided in working place.
 Planning and implementing all required project materials close-out activities at the conclusion of the project.
 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accomplishment reports.
