• Maintain accurate orders overviews, sales & stock database, with a continuous stock of around 3000 SKU’s.
• Responsible for sourcing, procuring and expediting of goods, coordinating all logistical and inspection requirements associated with procurement activities.
• Direct correspondence with the suppliers, Communicate with international suppliers for Quotations/ Performa Invoice.
• Negotiate and establish best price and credit period with suppliers.
• Evaluation for the purchase requests involves the price, payment, delivery and the availability of materials.
• Prepare price comparison statement in order to finalize the order after the negotiation with supplier for the price, delivery and payment.
• Issue local purchase request, foreign purchase request and following up the orders, to make sure that the materials received as per the required specification.
• Contact suppliers to resolve missed deliveries, short shipments and pricing discrepancies.
• Liaise with accounts department to release payments to suppliers which includes L/C, CDC...etc
• Overall responsibility of planning, expediting and ensuring the timely availability and delivery of local and imported finished goods for domestic and export markets to ensure uninterrupted sales and distribution plan while optimizing inventory holding and management in line with set supply chain goals and achieve high customer service levels.
• Gather air / sea / road shipping rates from different forwarders and shipping lines. Establish best cost-effective freight rates and arrange import shipment as per shipment terms like EXW, FOB, C & F, CIF etc.
Dubai Municipality Approvals Food & NON Food
• Responsible for obtaining e-clearance from Dubai Municipality for importing of Cosmetics, DPH items.hazardous chemical products.
• Submission for the approvals of Cosmetics, perfumes and skincare products to Dubai Municipality and getting the approval letters from Dubai Municipality to sell the products in the U.A.E market.
• Responsible for the food import of the products, applying label approvals, items registration, making FIRS for the shipments
• Follow up for the import shipments and getting final normal approvals for the food products.
• Supervising and performing daily logistics transactions like customs clearance, import, export, warehousing and freight forwarding, addressing all aspects of logistics line transactions and management by working with warehouse operations.
• Planning and organizing all the import & Export shipments and preparing necessary customs documents.
• Coordinating with the freight forwarders for clearing all the import and export shipments.
• Familiar with Jebel Ali customs Import/Export formalities and procedures.
• Manage and perform daily warehouse operations activities including receiving, picking and packing, delivery and reverse logistics.
• Plan and direct the inventory and stock control programs. Maintain the inventory of supplies and co-ordinate the replacement and ordering of such. Complete low stock report forms.
• Perform cyclic stocks on quarter and annual basis. Generate stock reports on weekly and monthly basis as per the request from Inventory Department and Warehouse Manager.
• Co-ordinate with Merchandisers regarding new shipment, follow up on stock damage during transit
Storage/excess claims to be prepared, ensure stock is properly binned /tagged.
• Staff deployment and target setting.
• Good Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and have worked into the different modules of WMS to carry out all the logistic process in the warehouse.
• Coordinating with the brand managers, operation manager and logistics support manager, reporting of all operation activities on daily basis.
• Ensure that all safety, security and health care measures are followed inside the warehouse to avoid any mishap/accident.

Prepare the orders of customers given by the sales team.
Prepare the packing list and update the stock files.
Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
