Job Description :-
To conduct Inspections.
To make sure that necessary drawings, and check list has been filled and attached with IR (Inspection Request).
To maintain Inspections record about Approved or Rejected.
To Coordinate with Surveyors, MEP people for confirmation of concerned work has been done.
To coordinate with Material Engineer/ Inspector for Material Testing & reports.
To make sure that Contractor is working as per approved Method Statements and Drawings if contractor fail to do so then immediately report to ARE/ RE.
To maintain daily work progress by cotractors.
To verify contractor's Bills.
To assist RE/ ARE in Project Execution.
To prepare necessary Estimates, Material Statements and BBS.
Surveying (Setting Out & Levelling).
Preparation of BOQ.
Preparation of Tender Documents.
Preparation of Variation Report for the revision of Project Scope.
Preparations of Reports (Quality, Progress etc).
Preparation of Shop Drawings, 2D and 3D Drawings by Using Autocad 2007, 2013 & 2015.
To perform other necessary duties as Project needs or directed by Engineer in Charge (RE/ ARE) .

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-
To Prepare Method Statements as per Project and PMC (Programme Management Consultant) Requirement.
To Prepare ITP(Inspection Test Plans) as per Project and PMC's Requirements.
To Prepare Defect Report to purpose PMC regarding critical issues like Honeycomb, Cracks, Leakage in Structural Member.
To Assist Technical Manager by Collecting data from site to solve critical issues at site.
To maintain and keep update summary log for Submittals of Method Statements, ITPs, NCRs e.t.c .
To arrange and carry out meetings with construction team to maintain quality of work.
Follow up to the Contract Documents
To maintain Shop & As Built drawings
To prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report
To prepare Material Statement
To prepare Bar Bending Schedule
To raise Work Inspection Request.
To attend and conduct Inspections.
To close external NCRs and SQARs which issued by PMC.
To close internal NCRs and SQARs which issued by QA/QC Dept.
Co-ordination between Consultant and Client to keep flow of work.
Follow up to Technical Department regarding latest approved shop and IFC Drawings.
Follow up with Technical Department regarding technical issues.
Ensuring the Construction Work is being executed as per drawings and Specifications
To supervise & manage site work and workers.
Checking Alignment of form work different members like beams, slabs, columns, Stairs etc.
To give Pre-Start talk to Labours at site before starting jobs for awareness regarding Health Safety and Environment on Daily Basis to minimise the incidents.
