Major Accomplishments:
(1) Defense Project - India
Got the solution included with specs, by AECOM consultant for a Govt. project of 40 scanners, worth INRs 16 Crores. My Role:
Systems Manager.
(2) OEM Gatekeeper Technology - (India)
Got the OEM product approved by Reliance, IOCL, Airport (Siemens), UAE Embassy, Wells Fargo, BTM, L&T.
Independently handled Operations Management tasks. Developed department strategy and budget planning. Performed technical consultant tasks and acted as PMO.
Involved in design and implementation of ELV systems.
Meticulous in reviewing all active/pipeline projects,
identify risks and issues to drive the mitigation plan.
Accomplishment:
ECIL Oil plant - Hyderabad
Independently designed an integrated CCTV and ALPR solution. My Role: Operations Manager. Value INRs 65 Lakhs.
Independently handled planning, organizing, and supervising operations and service delivery to produce the desired outcome of a high-quality service that satisfies customer demands.
Involved in formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.
Using my people management skills i could mentor team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
Ensured all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Recruit, train and supervise staff. Assist in and contribute to the design, implementation, & integration.
Assign and monitor the PMs to Manage related ELV sys Projects from initiation to closure, per PMI guidelines.
Major Projects:
(1) Saudi Bin Laden SBG - (Makkah-KSA)
Successfully implemented Makkah SBG labor camp and Warehouse Projects, having integrated CCTV, Access control, Gates and Barriers and Electric Fence systems. My Role: Project Manager. Project Value: SAR 9 million.
(2) US Military (Arifjan) Camp - (Kuwait)
Certain areas (Confidential) were installed with advance integrated security systems. My Role: Project Manager. Project Value: DHS 14
million.
(3) RasAffan Oil Refinery - (Qatar)
Performed pre-staging of Access Control System. A Turnkey security solution had various security systems. My Role: Team Lead for
Prestaging of ACS control. Project Value: QAR 245 million.
All Operations Management activities to meet with the
Business need and objectives of the organization.
Active participation in bid/no-bid, create a high-
performance team, Liaison with stakeholders.
Delegate works to team based on capabilities, schedule
projects to achieve monthly forecasted revenue.
Assist in operations budget and monitor budget vs
actual spend across all projects and deliverables.
Major Projects:
(1) British Aerospace (Taif-KSA)
A turnkey solution employed PTZ cameras, IAS, G&B etc. Implemented within budget, scope and time. My Role: Program Manager. Project Value: SAR 15 million.
(2) Exxon Mobil - (Yanbu-KSA)
Successfully implemented a turnkey solution to secure the campus, using Intruder alarm, CCTV, anti-blast curtains and films, and
access control. My Role: Program Manager Project Value - SAR 9 million.
* Ensure Project Scope is complied with respect to various deliverables.
* Liaise with the Technicians and guide them for various activities involved in Project activities.
* Ensure that various tasks are performed inline with the project schedule.
* Report to the Project Manager and update daily project status and maintain documentations as per the OPA templates.
* Perform ELV systems testing and commissioning which included - Access control system, IP CCTV, Intruder alarm, Gates and Barriers etc.
