Implement OH&S Management System & Loss Prevention Program at site.
* Assist for the assessment of possible hazards & risk involved.
* Ensure availability and usage of required PPEs during work.
* Ensure regular inspection of work area, tools & construction equipments before start of
work.
* Ensure, before start of work, the validity of tools used at site.
* Maintain regularly inspection checklists as per OHSMS requirement.
* Ensure inspection of First Aid items on regular basis.
* Ensure safety of all testing and commissionnig equipments.
* Ensures installation of adequate fire fighting equipments both at site and offices.
* Attends the OH&S meetings regularly.
* Conduct weekly safety talks and toolbox meeting(s).
* Ensure H&S orientations for all newly arrived workers at site before sending them on
their assignments.
* Ensure posting of all warning signs at site and area barricaded.
* Carry out daily inspections to see that safe working methods are in operation.
* Prepare, maintain and communicate records of all injuries and property damages.
* Promote motivation activities to increase Health, Safety and Environmental awareness
at site.

Provide advice to the Project/Site Manager on occupational health, and safety
issues.
* Monitor compliance to the Company OHSMS by carrying out regular inspections
and internal auditing of Raymond Saudi Arabia Ltd. site activities.
* Undertake at least a weekly inspection and prepare a quantitative report for
submittal to the Project/Site Manager.
* Undertake a daily tour of the working areas and log details of the observations
on the Daily Observation Register. Unsafe conditions and unsafe acts are to be
actioned immediately, raise NCR when further action is required.
* Report immediately to the Project/Site Manager any serious safety breaches that
place workers in life threatening situations.
* Assist the Project/Site Manager and Site Supervisor in undertaking risk
assessments and identifying safe systems of work to be recorded in safe work
method statements.
* Develop and deliver in house training courses on health and safety topics to the
employees.
* Undertake a weekly Toolbox Talk with site personnel and ensure that records are
maintained of the talks.
* To ensure effective performance, each officer should have copy of a writer list
hob his duties, such as a list, or manual should cover procedures for carrying out
the following responsibility.
* Enforcing the system of personnel identification and control at access gates and
throughout the permits without favoritism or exception.
* Patrol and observation of assigned areas for improper activities and security
violations.
* Conducting security inspection, including, fire, safety and good housekeeping.
* Responsibility as a direct to alarm singles (fires, intrusion) or other indication of
suspicious activity.
* Responding as a directed in the event of disaster of disorder such as fires,
accidents, riots, or the commission of criminal acts.
* Safeguarding property and equipment against unauthorized access, loss, theft or
damage.
* Keeping logs and making routine or special records including daily written
reports to supervisors.
