Naubahar Bottling Company is the largest manufacturer and distributor of PEPSI Cola soft drinks in Pakistan. Corporate objective of Naubahar Bottling Company is to continue to build a strong company which provides value to its all stakeholders. My role as Head of Digital is to transform company operations from manual working to digital platforms by introducing and implementing various technology initiatives. Challenges are introducing right technology, targeting right stakeholder and apply appropriate organizational change management techniques for smooth and successful transformation.
Being Pakistan’s 1st and World’s 9th largest Floor & Wall tiles producing capacity; Master Tiles is pioneer and market leader in Pakistan’s tiles and ceramic industry. With the vision of being World’s largest tiles producing company by 2023, Master Tiles is expanding itself very rapidly in terms of production capacity as well as transforming its IT infrastructure to manage the huge volume of transactions. Being head of ERP department my role is the smoothly transform business operation from custom build software to SAP S/4 Hana. Complete S/4 Hana suite is implemented here including Financials, Controlling, Human Capital Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance & Project System module; SAP-Ariba, Success Factors and Machine integration is also part Digital Transformation Program to be completed by 2023. Organization Change Management for adoption of new technologies is a real challenge here.
Siemens Pakistan being SAP’s Platinum partner; is running Pakistan’s largest SAP portfolio with more than 80 implementations in different industries. I have worked here as Project Manager/Sr. SAP Consultant, where I was responsible for smooth execution of Project Management Office (PMO) and implementation of SAP projects. I have served on various project roles including: Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Change Manager, and Quality Manager during my tenure with Siemens. In parallel to my duties in PMO, I have completed multiple end-to-end implementations and short term assignments of SAP-PS module.
Sapphire Technology Rawalpindi (Pakistan) specializes in development and deployment of software solutions using multiple technologies. In my role of Assistant Project Manager, I had been involved in the planning, designing, development and transition of software solutions to customers. Major responsibilities include software design and development using Microsoft .Net Technologies. I played a pivotal role in introducing the industry standards for coding, GUI's change management, document control, and issue log and version control at Sapphire Technology.
MasterTech Gujranwala (Pakistan) is leading hardware and software solution provider to small scale businesses in local market. Being a Software Engineer, I had been involved in gathering business requirements, preparation of requirement specification using structured and object oriented approaches, design and development of software applications and in software testing. Major responsibilities include requirement specification design and development of software applications using Microsoft .Net Technologies.
