Roles and Responsibilities:
•Prepare long & short term Training plans in coordination with the Company`s omanization Plan.
•Involve in developing/ maintaining and managing, Work schedules, Training materials, Hypothetical Projects
•Progress Monitoring, Reporting, Forecasting,
•Coordinate with the Operations, Well Works and project teams to ensure the Work Site Competence Assessments.
•Develop and deliver Production Operations on-job Training and NVQ Assessment as required to develop Local Manpower to meet Company`s requirements.
•Assess effectiveness of training delivered against Competence requirements
•Record and report trainees' progress against training plans,
3-Phase Separators, Power Generation, Reservoir boosting water injection System, SCADA and telemetry system operations, quarterly targets review and adjustments, wire line operation preparation handing over, Oil and Gas well commissioning and shut down activities.
Oil an Gas Production Operation.
HP and LP operation, three phase separation, well testing.
Water injection operation and Field base data recording.
Gas compressor operation. Gas dehydration, Condensate stabilization.
Oil dispatch, Bowser movement its checklists, and record keeping.
Tank farm operation, Stock, Crude oil treating, Plant data collection. Plant base analysis.
Chemical handling and treatment.
Permit to work issuing authority.
Gas Chromatograph. Gas Sweetening.(Co2 Removal)
Plant utilities. Power generation Synchronization operation, Power Generation. Gas & Diesel Engines.
Water desalination plant operation.
Artificial lift (Jet pump, Gas lift)
Oil desalination, Centrifugal pump operation. PD Pump operation.
Awareness to HSE issues. Compliance of safety and company’s policies.
Awareness to Environment issues and HSE. Environmental rules and regulation follow-up.
