1. Manage and control of all administrative activities i.e
- Manage/follow and implement of organization policies,
- Check and manage all store activities, stock position, purchase requisitions and
control on issue requisition process, spare parts identification, stacking and
preservation, working on dead stock and maintain inventory levels,
- Check and verify purchase received, manage short/excess and intimate to HOD,
- Manage/follow up inspection process and GRN with complete documentation,
- Check and follow up the under repairing inventry and damages and proceed into the system.
- Implement and ensure the inventory system documented & follow the SOP’S,
- Prepare audit finding report, discusssed it withe heigher management.
- Working on slow moving inventory and identify dead stock.

Projects / Achievements:-

1. Mahmood Textile have 15 textile units (spinning and weaving/garments). And these are at different locations in Pakistan (Punjab) but all stores are interlinked with Oracle ERP system. Managements given me task to reduce store inventory. So I collect stock report of all stores and compile it into excel, prepare excel data sheet and sorting it by date wise then item wise and use other formulation, I join http://www.Mahmoodgroup.com in Feb. 2011 and compile data from 2010 to 2015 (five years data compile) at that time accumulative store inventory was 3.7 billion. So I started the monitoring on purchase requisitions group wise and starting the transferred spare parts where excessive stock lying (dead stock) and release delivery orders so with in a 2 years inventory reduced 3.7 billions to 3 billions. 2ndly implement maintenance overhauling ledgers at sub stores to identify spare parts life cycle.
b. Working on oracle ERP system and implement at all functional areas,
c. Data Analysis “Consumption” Item Wise & Depart wise, Month Wise etc. used Pivot Table, Vlookup functions by graphically and report to management where found discrepancies.

ISO Compliance Auditor Cum DSM Maintenance at Acro Spinning Mills Multan
