Technically lead for high impact newborn and child health interventions in the district.  Prepare district based annual work plans and activity matrix.
 Build capacity of SBAs and HCPs on Helping Babies Breathe, use of chlorhexidine,
and case management of Pneumonia and Diarrhoea, in the district.
 Train paediatricians on case management of newborn sepsis
 Successfully implement Helping Babies Breathe, use of chlorhexidine, and case
management of Pneumonia and Diarrhoea interventions at district level.
 Provide on job coaching and supportive supervision to skilled birth attendants and
health care provider at health facility level.
 Ensure close liaison with partners, district health officials, and implementing partners
for the smooth implementation of activities/tasks.
 Report routine service delivery data to MCHIP M&E team on monthly and quarterly
basis.
 Ensure that newborn and child health service delivery indicators are regularly
maintained and collected as per program policy.
 Maintain training database of all trainings at district level.
 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of targeted interventions.

 Developed project Quarterly reports or any other documentation requested by the donor
as per the need
 Documented project success, challenges, and resolve issues, conflicts.
 Develop, manage and track data timeline for all project related activities
 Supervise the quality assurance at the time of data analysis and literature writing

 Regulate flow of information health care activities, and outcomes
 Monitoring evaluation of technical staff and support them to deliver their activities
