• Project Description: Management of Engineering, Procurement and constructions of 1226
beds hospital facilities with villa, single and family apartments and includes utilities building.
Hospital advanced medical facilities, and utility area for technical maintenance, a central
main Mosque, a residential area with villas, single and family apartments, a recreational
sporting and commercial buildings too, 4 Helipads, Separate staff and visitor parking areas,
allied Health/Nursing school.
• Reviewed and assured the implementation of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and
vendor Quality program/Quality plan in line with the project specification
• Scaled up the quality function to handle the level of documentation requirements for
operational activities - kick off meeting etc.
• Ensured project requirements were aligned in the setup of departmental operational
procedures and project quality plans.

Construction of Qurrayah Power plant with GE-General Electric turbines
Project Description: Construction of Open and combine cycle power plant with capacity of 4600 MW
includes Design, Quality management for entire project includes supplier, vendor, sub-contractors,
Procurement and civil construction, installation of entire system with turbines, testing and
commissioning of turbines and related systems.
• Developed & ensured the Saudi Electricity Company recommended RFI process was
implemented and ITP’s steps for ECC/PTOP.
• Contract and subcontractor Overall Quality management program review and assurance for
implementation and ensured approval of QA/QC Personnel implementation structure
• Development of Quality management process and procedure for entire company including
project and vendors.
• Coordination and communication between GE-General Electric TA (Manufacturer of Gas and
Steam turbines) and consultant, sub-contractors.
• Review and analyse the periodical Quality reports for process development.
• Conducted various internal training and external certification like ISO-SIX SIGMA to get
useful benefit for department and company.
• Budget base assignment for the department to coordinate with finance team for required
feedback and execution and Oversaw the Daily, Weekly based tasks for project, meeting,
and action items.
• Established Vendor Quality Inspection Team for the project -Qualification of quality
personnel, training/certification, and Inspection package implementation
Project Description: Construction of ISF and TSF facilities and construction of khursaniyah gas plant
and khursaniyah producing facilities.
• Provided effective inspection report as per site execution, Preparation of daily inspection
request with coordination of site construction and work readiness and conducting of pre
inspection for MEP system and equipment like AHU, Chillers.
• Successfully executed the RTR inspection, piping, plumbing inspection and coordination as
per daily task in parallel to site requirement
• Coordination of all handing over or final inspection activities with other department to
maintain proper clearance.
• Worked as overall QA-QC Engineer includes readiness of Method statement, design,
Materials as per Aramco standard requirements.
• Focal point of contact for quality matters for the project - Project ISO implementation,
Project Quality Inspection, QA/QC matters handling with client, Vendor Quality and
Project Experience.
