The Social Mobilizer (SMs) - Team Leader is responsible to supervise and effectively manage the implementation of social mobilization strategies at the community level and will ensure full community participation through organized and functional community based organizations adopting appropriate measures leading towards sustainable community development.
The SM - TL will ensure that SMs have the competency to enhance the capacity of CBOs and community in the planning, implementation and management of community development initiatives. Close coordination and collaboration is required with Project staff and external community solidarity groups including CCBs, CBOs, VOs and other stakeholders including NGOs, Elected Representatives & Government line departments.
