Project planning and monitoring,
Problem solving and tackling delays to achieve the target on desired time,
using 7Qc tools, 3 A, 5W2H techniques to sort the problems and provide effective countermeasures,
Generating corrective/preventive action forms,
supporting Utilities department regarding HVAC systems and Compressor operations,
Sourcing of testing and process rectification for most efficient and effective output using available resources.
As Assistant Mechanical Engineer, My duties included following
Providing technical input to the engineering effort,
Participated in progress measurement of deliverables,
Monitoring work performed and man-hours expended (also developed KPI for performance evaluation),
Participated in technical/progress review meetings on weekly and monthly basis,
Implementation of QMS and record keeping,
Problem investigation and initiation of corrective action/preventive action form,
Mechanical and Visual inspection according to drawings and standards,
Calibration of instruments and arrangement for third party inspection,
Managed metrology lab and preparation of audit,
Performed Leakage test (hydraulic and pneumatic) on different containers, vessels and bottles,
Worked as DCO and AMR for my section,
Preparation of Yearly objectives, training required and schedule, quarterly progress reports and reports for yearly objectives achieved.

Orientation in Metrology lab and usage of different instruments and machines including Vernier calipers, Micrometer Screw Gauge, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, Hardness tester machine and Profile Projector etc.
During my bachelor`s in Mechanical Engineering I received Deans Honor Roll for 2nd, 3rd 4th, 6th and 8th semester. Did my 4 week internship from Pakistan Ordinance Factory. During educational degree I was also involved in extra curricular activities and was the Founder of ASME NFC IE&FR Student Section and also got declared the President of the Pioneer cabinet.
