Client: King Abdullah Foundation for Housing Projects

Responsibilities

 Monitor the Infra structure works on site i/c Roads, Water supply, Sewerage, Telecom, Electrical & Landscaping.
 Prepare daily work program and coordinate with QC dept. for submission of IRs. (Inspection Request).
 Coordinate with Consultant during the inspection of work.
 Monitor and record the daily progress of work and provide it to Planning Deptt. For Monthly Invoice & Progress monitoring.
 Verify the invoices of Sub Contractors before referring them to Contract Deptt for payment.
 Coordinate with QC deptt. and Consultant for Closing the NCRs. (Non Conformance Report).
 Prepare and submit shop drawing to resolve.
