a.Preparing material take-off using auto-cad, prepare detailed cost estimate (unit rate analysis and man-hours based on KSA labor index), cost estimate and bill of quantities for 30%, 90%, 100%, IFB and IFC project development stages.
b.Preparation of pay item scope of work description.
c.Preparation of budgetary cost estimate.
d.Incorporates clients’ and close-out outstanding comments for all submissions.
e.Participate in value engineering workshops.

b. Solicit supplier’s price to determine material cost and delivery time.
c. Prepare Bill of Quantity for contracts.
d. Assist project manager for tender costing.
e. Attend Tender Interview.
f. Detailed estimate for project implementation.
g. Prepare project program of works and monthly cash flow schedule.
h. Doing submissions of materials sample, catalogue for approval and procurement of materials both in local suppliers and overseas.
i. Prepare project monthly claims.
j. Prepare project monthly report.
k. Attend project meeting
l. Settle variation order and final account.

A graduate in the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Central Mindanao University, Musuan Bukidnon, Philippines in April 03, 1998. Passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in November 21-22, 1998. Proficient in computer skills such as microsoft excel, word and auto-cad with considerable knowledge of revit, microsoft office project and primavera. With 6 years experiences in the Philippines dealing with roads and bridges construction, and 6 years in Negara Brunei Darussalam in dealing with residential, commercial and industrial building construction. Which the applicant main function is in the quantity surveying works, project planning and field supervision. And 7 years in Saudi Arabia as quantity surveyor in a prestigious engineering consultant company where its primary client is the Royal Commission Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
