Serve as a key member of Egyptian Field Leadership Team and HR Leader to corporate headquarters with dual
reporting to Managing Director in Italy and Global HR.
• Managing two departments; Quality Assurance and Human Resources for the whole organization (production plants
in Suez and commercial offices in Cairo).
• Collaborating with all departments in developing the workforce planning to align HR policy & strategy with the
corporate strategy.
• Managing a team of 19 employees in different sections to cultivate a unified, value-based culture and brand globally.
• Improve employee workflow productivity by creating successful merger acquisition assimilations using effective
organization design, change management and recruitment.
• Implement corporate values identified by HR Corporate in Italy that transformed a passive workforce into a
performance-based workforce that produced more revenues for the firm and more income for employees.
• Providing consultations and accurate data to the Board of Directors and Managing Director in different human
resource functions and legal situations.
• Managing HR market surveys, benchmarking and trend analysis to support growth strategy.
• Managing the implementation, improvements and auditing of the Integrated Management System that includes
Quality 9001, Environmental 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Quality Assurance & Administration Manager (2011-2013)
• Serve as a Second Line manager with dual reporting to Plant Manager and Managing Director.
• Leading QA Technology needs to ensure the effective & efficient implementation of Integrated Management System
• Piloted a new process for developing the internal and external communications of the company and Knowledge
Management system.
• Personnel Performance Management - Instigated a system for measuring performance. Defined performance
indicators for each job and each process. Developed the incentives and production’s bonus system with KPIs and
annual performance reports and assigned several departments responsible for the evaluation. Achieved 100% of
production target and 75% increase of employee satisfaction. Provided accurate management reports and supported
faster decision taking.
• Collecting information and maintain up-to-date of relevant legislation & legal requirements, and ensuring correct
implementation inside whole organization.
