Spearhead talent acquisition initiatives, directing the recruitment team to implement and enhance
the onboarding process for both UAE nationals and Expatriates, ensuring a strategic alignment with

• Investigate and resolve complex or critical employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in or lead projects focused on continuous improvement in human resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to test, evaluate, and implement new systems.
• Handle employee performance management and provide assistance to both employees and
department directors during annual reviews.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, provide, and assess online and on-board
training to facilitate employee development aligned with government goals.
• Manage promotions, secondments, transfers, and any job changes, preparing necessary
compensation and benefits studies and reports.
• Oversee HR database audits and supervise the HR team in implementing necessary updates.
• Prepare and develop HR policies and procedures to uphold organizational standards of excellence.
• Conduct and analyze happiness and satisfaction surveys to measure service quality, client, and
customer satisfaction, and prepare reports for process optimization.
• Act as the HR head of section during their absence, ensuring continuity in HR operations.
