Duties:
1- Preparing time schedule for main contractor & sub-contractors.
2- prepare monthly & B-weekly reports
3- Preparing reports about the progress status & areas of delays for the project.
4- Prepare & issue computerized cost reports & generate S-Curves.
5-preparing claims & time impact.
6- Follow up and monitor material and shop drawings submittals, based on the required dates in the approved schedule.
7- Follow up performance of subcontractors at site according to the regular updates and comparing their progress with planned progress as per the approved schedule.
