• Operate and control oil and water levels in FWKO, electrostatic dehydrator, and flotation units to maintain BS&W & waste water quality
• Monitor and analyze parameters in gas dehydrator and separator systems to ensure stable production
• Operate and maintain instrument air systems (compressor and dryer) to support plant reliability
• Operate gas turbines (3 x 2.5 MW) to ensure continuous and stable power supply
• Conduct sampling and calibration of water cut meters to ensure production accuracy
• Execute monthly pipeline pigging operations to maintain flow efficiency
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues to minimize downtime and improve operational reliability
• Ensure strict compliance with HSSE procedures and permit-to-work system
• Monthly Check Safety Equipment Inspection

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of WFI, PW, and PS generator systems
● Operate and maintain production equipment including autoclave, isolator, and filling machines
● Monitor and operate SCADA and instrumentation systems for production control
● Conduct calibration and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance

Installed and commissioned PLC and electrical control systems
● Performed termination, calibration, and continuity testing
● Troubleshot industrial electrical systems during commissioning phase
