In my current role, I am responsible for leading operations of water treatment systems including RO Plant, STP Plant, and Grey Water Treatment Plant.

Responsibilities:

Operate plant according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Supervise and monitor water treatment processes
Maintain daily log sheets, shift handover reports, and maintenance records
Monitor and control water quality parameters

Japan Gasoline company Saudi Aramco Project Safaniyah Sewage treatment Plant Operations. In my current role, I lead Sewage treatment Plant.
Responsibilities:
• To run plant with standard operating procedure.
• Supervising water treatment processes.
• To maintain daily record of plant log sheets, hand over report and daily maintenance record.
• To check and Control the quality parameters of wáter.
• To adopt ISO safety and environment requirements during normal Operation and emergency handling as well as during maintenance work.
• Emergency drill practice.

Employing over 500 people, Ammonia refrigeration and Control atmosphere plant, which is the first plant in Pakistan. Pakistans first Cold Atmosphere (CA) Plant where Fruits and vegetables given natural atmosphere to increase their shelf. Responsibilities:
• Acquired hands-on experience on DCS operating system.
• Making process more reliable, safer and cost effective.
• To run plant with standard operating procedure.
• To handle plant startup and shutdown.
• To adopt ISO safety and environment requirements during normal Operation and emergency handling as well as during maintenance work.
• To maintain the daily record of plant log sheets, shift Hand over report and daily maintenance record.
• Participate as an observer in internal audit. Got training SRCM, RCM, Fire Hazards by Rescue 1122, which conduct by plant.

Work Experience as a plant Operator at AEICO Company as STP & RO Plant Operator. Responsibilities:
• Treatment of Sewage water and RO Plant Operation and Production.
• Control Parameters and production target and emergency Handling
• Run plant with standard operating procedure.
• To inspection of filters and membranes.
• To check and ensure all activities production floor and trouble shooting.

Worked in an Ethanol Production Plant with responsibility for safe and efficient plant operations, including utility and process systems.

Responsibilities:

Operate plant according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Monitor and control process parameters and ensure stable production
Handle troubleshooting and resolve operational issues in plant equipment
Hands-on experience with DCS and PLC systems (Envirochemi)
Maintain daily log sheets, shift handover reports, and maintenance records
Schedule and support preventive maintenance activities
Inspect and monitor filters and membranes to ensure process efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during plant operations

Olayan descon is a mechanical engineering co, in KSA with carried out shutdown of SASREF and Petro rabigh and also perform duty as permit Receiver in petro rabigh. Responsibilities:
• Carried out shutdown of SASREF and Petro Rabigh Oils & Gas industries.
• Participate in permit Receiver training which from Petro Rabigh.
• Permit Receive and follow the safety rules on job.

NCL is textile grey fabric finishing and printing plant, employing over 1000 people. Responsibilities:
• Titrations and Concentration of Chemicals.
• Analysis of water.
• Analysis of Fabric.
• Making process more reliable, safer and cost effective.
• Participate in first aid and safety trainings.

TAC industries is a fuller earth chemical plant. Fuller earth which used for purification of lubrication oils, Palm oil, Banaspati ghee & oils and crude oils. Responsibilities:
• To check and Control the parameters.
• To find the fault, maintenance and solve the issues.
• To check the quality parameters of product.
• Product analysis.
