Prepare necessary spare part for Polymer Analyzer.
Assigned at Crude Unit, Hydrogen/Hydrogen Recovery Unit and Coke unit.
Responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all analyzers in each unit such as pH, Conductivity, Oxygen, Hydrocarbon, Thermal Conductivity, RVP, Gas Chromatograph and Distillation Analyzer.
Prepare daily reports for each analyzer activities and scheduled PM.
Calibration, installation, loops checking, and trouble shooting of Process Instruments.
• Calibration for pressure, temperature, level and flow smart transmitter using HART communicator Rosemount 275/375 and Yokogawa 4100 for functional purposes.
• Calibration, Stroke testing of Different Control Valves.
• Functional testing of temperature sensor such as RTD, Thermocouple and Thermistor.
• Loop testing and calibration of transmitter, sensors and switches from field to DCS.
• Loop testing and calibration of control valve from DCS to field
Testing and calibration of various Instruments that deals with temperature, RH and pressure, such as Pressure and Temperature Calibrator, Gauge, Switch and Transmitter.
