DESCRIPTION OF WORK
• As a Merchandiser you must have an ideal plan and creative idea on how to stand your product on the shelves or mass displays so that you can catch the customers, on consumer's attention to witness you product, and to encourage buying it.
• You should follow rules and regulation in the market side and attend their activities such as, stock take, refacing on cleaning the shelves if needed in a right time.
• Don't forget to first in first out (FIFO) or first expiry first out (FEFO)
• Make sure that your products are in good condition, nice display, well block, complete price tag, net on clean and if stocks are available for tomorrow, until next delivery will come.
• Avoid to have out of stock or stock shortage in your market to avoid lost of sales, always coordinate with your salesman, supervisor, and managers about the state of your product.
• Maintaining good and harmonious relation with your managers, supervisor, shelf boys, or co workers to have a confidence to work with them, inside the store.
• Do you work heartily, and do work without being told, etc

As a driver of the company, you should also do a job as a messenger. And if you have available time you can also help them to work in the office if they want you to do it. And you should know how to execute the work properly and motivation is very important as a worker.
