I manage a department from all aspects of a business. I sell, I market, I arrange warehousing, create the p& all for a department called 'non-food'. I train our staff internally on all the items of the brand of how to sell and negotiate them in the market.

I also look after key accounts of the company selling the non-food items plus a variety of food items within the HORECA channel. I assist and track the other sales members ensuring they are selling the items and following up efficiently with a goal of the department running itself fluidly without my continual interaction.

Two people report directly to me where I assist them with any queries of the business, non-food or food related.

I source new items for the department with potential of turning the department into its own independent arm of the company in the future.

I create contracts for customers, prepare rebates dependent on yearly consumptions, arrange exhibitions, talk at events, as much as possible to grown and strengthen the brand.
