In charge of coordinating and overseeing production process during shift
Conducting raw material audit
Loading sold out products into the production system before releasing the tanker or any truck
Performing maintenance and troubleshooting in the production line by liaising with the quality assurance department
Processing daily production reports
Developing production schedules for the milling and animal feeds sections
Carrying out safety awareness among employees during shift
Quality inspection or raw materials (yarn) and finished product (garment)
Preconditioning of yarn in the weaving section (humidity regulation)
Troubleshooting problems in the weaving section
Dye pigment preparation and machine operations

Reception of tea leave and inspecting the quality before unloading
Monitoring the progress of the tea in the drying beds
Regulating the temperature of the tea in the oxidation bed
Controlling the drying and exit rates of the tea in the drier bed and testing the quality of tea at various drying sections
Sorting, packing and clearing the tea for sale

Overseeing machine maintenance on a weekly basis
Conducting preliminary safety audits in the work area
Reception and documentation of tones of cane received per supplier account and cumulative tones milled
Conducting quality assurance analysis for boiler water, molasses, burgesses, sugar juice and mud
Overseeing the sugar crystals formation process by marinating the ratio of master and feed
Maintenance and attending emergencies in the boiler section
Troubleshooting and coordinating process using analysis data
Packing and conducting overall material balance
The grade represents the distribution of points from year one to year five. In year one, the entire score represents 5% of your entire grade, in year two, the grade is equivalent to 20% and the remaining three years are equivalent to 25% each. the score in each year is established being the parts in the corressponding percentages.
The grading above is not the most appropriate to describe it however its the closest.The subjects covered were nine but only the best eight were graded. There three compulsories in Mathematics, English, and Kiswahili, two sciences to choose among the three, and two to choose from three humanities subjects.
