-Actively source new leads to develop and maintain existing clients
-Prospect for potential clients via e-mail, telephone, management referrals and outside visits.
-Develop and maintain strong business relationship with clients and potential clients, by answering their concerns and inquiries, as well as providing information on real estate market, to build a solid base of satisfied clients, and to offer continuing services to ensure referrals
generation.
-Schedule calls, meetings and site visits with clients.
-Close deals.
-Attend sales meetings, conferences and events.
-Represent the company in local and international Real Estate Exhibitions.

AIESEC 6 October- Outgoing exchange director
My department " Outgoing exchange" was basically responsible for sending students/fresh graduates on internships in order to help them in launching their career abroad and build friendly international relations.
• Lead a team of 23 members and Four managers.
• Conducted around 600 selection interviews for students who want to do an internship abroad)
• Helped 70 students and fresh graduates to find the most suitable internships for them
abroad, to fulfill their potential.
• Established international partnerships with reputable Local committees in AIESEC abroad.
• Part of the "National Exchange Quality Board" which is responsible for monitoring the quality of exchanges we provide for our Exchange participants.
• Pool analysis for potential Exchange Participants and the available internships
opportunities for them.
• Facilitated in several local events and trainings. (100 attendees)
