- Receives deliveries (mails, letters & shipments)
- Initial point of contact for franchise inquiries
- Coordination with Franchise Consultant on reports, updates and needed files
- File Documentation (Admin, Projects, Legal, Operations)
- Arranging meetings for the Chairman and for the DOO (Outlook Calendar invites)
- Arranging Flights and Hotel bookings for the Chairman
- Preparation and submittal of Claim Forms for the Chairman and his family
- Update Managers Task Lists
- Coordination and follow-ups with the Managers
- Book Doctor’s appointments for the Chairman and DOO
- Answer emails on behalf of the Chairman and DOO
- Prepare Audit/Spot check report that was done by the Chairman
- Take minutes of the meetings (Weekly Head of Departments meeting, Operations meeting and Central Kitchen meeting)
- Prepare Payment Request forms
- Prepare and send letters to contractors, banks, suppliers and others
- Coordination with Suppliers, Contractors & Company lawyers
- Provide administrative assistance to Managers
- Coordination and follow ups with the lawyers concerning legal cases
- Coordination with the partner company concerning Hygiene Reports and Lab tests for action plan
- Revision of contracts and agreements as per the Managements comments.
- Preparation of required project documents: Dubai Civil Defense, Trakhees, landlord, Mall Management
