Ask customers about the brand or item they are looking for
Assist and respond to customers questions
Suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
Show customers some products or item that is related to their wants
Serves customers by helping them select products
Provide outstanding customer service
Assists customers to the payment section or cash counter.
Thank the customer for coming to the shop and inviting them to come back

Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of the shifts to ensure that amounts are
correct and that there is adequate change
Greet customers entering the Restaurant
Making recommendations or sharing additional information upon taking and serving food /
drinks orders and suggesting any additional products.
Arrange table settings and maintain the tables clean and tidy
Receive payment by cash, check, credits cards, voucher or auto debits
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or changes due to customer
Cooperate with all the serving and kitchen staff.
Check products for quality and correct any problems
Providing excellent customer service that promote satisfaction

Receive orders from departments within the organization
Perform Quotation procedures
Process orders and schedule deliveries for supplies, materials, equipment, and services
Follow up suppliers for Daily Deliveries to avoid destruction of departments operation
Summarize all the list of deliveries and suppliers at the end of the day
Ensure company inventory is maintained in accordance with company policies
