Responding to customers queries over the phone and email.
* Update the on-line store by changing the status of client’s order/ Keeping up to date with all the products and services.
* Prepare orders and organize deliveries to the client/ Monitor stock level of the products and prepare request form for
replenishment.
Contact different suppliers of media that offer good quality products & services.
* Prepare quotations as per client’s requirements & specifications.
* Provides overall support in the development and distribution of firm promotional materials.
* Establish a good relation to the new and existing clients.
* Do some market research, identify potential clients and contact them directly to have a business meeting.
Update all documents and files/ Log and records all amendments in archives
* Inscribe memorandum and fill formats via MS Office
