Preparing Method statement, Risk analysis and Quality related document like ITP for assigned work, Preparation of Schedule of Works and follow up the progress.
Preparing Scope of Works and WBS / Preparing Tender Files for Subcontractors.
Overall responsibility of Planning, coordination and construction of Al Matar D station.
Execution of Raft, Wall and different level of slabs of Station Building and hand over to system contractor.

Monitoring of Subways excavation, (Pedestrian subway portion) shotcreting, Concreting of raft, wall and roof with special care of waterproofing.
Preparation and approval of all concern method statements
Control and supervision of earthwork and dewatering sub-contractor, successful completion of all Structure works in ten months.
Staff reporting directly 10 Nos. Subcontractor staff/worker 250 nos. Different discipline
Responsible for QCDD inspection for Station and Tunnel including crosspassage.
Handing over for Red line and Green Line Stations Tunnel.
Site Preparation, early works (excavation and disposal for 1.3 Million Cum. Soil ) Structural works for Pipe rack, Demolition of existing fence and Building. Pipe Line Protection.
Spearheading the Construction of 3 nos. of Station (IBN Batuta, Dubal & Jebel Ali Industrial ) of Red Line including Via-duct portion inside the station right from the mobilisation.
Overseeing the responsibility for all modification work of steel structure work in Green line.
Managing responsibility of all Maintenance work after handover under defect Liability Period . Managing to get permit to work for all maintenance work.
Fixing sub-contractor for different civil work, material and planning manpower to execute the civil work of the over ground station section.
Liaising with several agencies like Dubai Municipality, Dubai Electrical & water authority, Etisalat (Telecom) Department, Drainage Department and town planning other government or private organisation to safeguard the organisational interest.
Conducting periodic reporting to Construction & Project Manager, about individual project progress; resolving the difficulties, legal problems, sanction budget and material delivery schedule.
Examining work progress as per target program and profit & loss report.
Coordinating with all relevant departments in office i.e. Planning, cost control department, purchase department, accounts department, legal department, personnel department and all engineering divisions for quality construction and timely possession.
Supervising entire formalities of civil structure to MHI for Jebel Ali & Dubal Station.
Organising preventive measures and safety at all construction sites with quality control.
Conducting initial planning of equipment, manpower and material including budgeting, selection of vendor, etc.
Setting up infrastructure for site activities, arranging labour contractor, hire equipment, obtaining statutory permission for working inside the city for 24 hours including equipment movement.
Participating in vendor/ contractor bill checking.
Coordinating with client; attending progress review meeting; attending technical discussion with client’s consultant, attending client’s inspection at site; preparing method statement and making the productivity schedule.
Accountabilities
Conducting initial planning of Traffic Diversion and development of slip road for traffic diversion.
Directly involve for planning and execution of all the elements of cut and cover method of tunnel like sheet piling, Driving of King Post, Ground anchoring, Short creting, Installation of Strut (By sub contractor M/s Yongnam).
Placement of Dowel pin for anchoring in Loose strata in between rocks.
Finalisation of Dumping area and mass excavation up till formation level 2.2 Million Cum.
Mass concreting for raft, wall and slab for formation of tunnel for rail.
Backfillling and waterproofing for the infrastructure Project.
Coordinating with General Consultant attending progress review meeting & technical discussion with section manager and project manager.
Worked at different location for different Project like Reliance, Highway, Industrial Plant, LNG Storage tank and Metro project.
