Project Name : Riyadh Metro Project Line-3, Package-B
Jeddah south thermal power plant is one of the big power plant in Saudi Arabia. With Boiler 2640Tph *4 Units & 971MVa*4Units Steam Turbine Generator.
Responsibilities :
•Verifying the activities and scope of EPC Contractor as per the project specifications.
•Witness Testing & Pre Commissioning of Motors (Winding Resistance, Insulation resistance, solo run test & load tests for MV & LV motors), Electrical Switchgears (13.8KV, 6.9KV & 480V). MCC & Distribution Panels (Including CT, PT, Transducers, Meters VCB, ACB, Timing test, primary & Secondary injection tests, ATS& MTS Scheme checking, Function & Interlock Test).
•Witnessing the Testing of Transformers up to 80MVA (winding Resistance, Turns ratio, Short circuit test, Tan-delta- power factor test, Vector group, Transformer auxiliary devices testing like WTI, OTI, Bocholt’s relay, CT, OLTC and SFRA Test etc)
•Contact Resistance, Insulation Resistance & Hipotential test of IPB, SPB & NSPB.
•Schematic Diagram Modification and Rewiring as per the Client’s comments
•Operation/Function check for Generator Circuit Breaker (GCB).
•Witnessing Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Activities of MV/LV SWGRS, Transformers, Motors, MCC panels, UPS, Diesel Generators, Generators, IPB, etc.
3). Project Name : Increase Gas Handling Capacity (IGHC OIL & GAS PLANT project)

•Inspection of Erection works such as Transformers, Motors, MV/LV cables, UPS system, Batteries & its chargers, EDG, Normal & Emergency Lighting Panels, HVAC and HT/LT panels.
•Implementation of Saudi Aramco Standards & IEC standards as per the project Specifications..
•Witnessing the installation & testing of Grounding systems(earth rod resistance measurement test) & lighting systems( illumination test.).
•Witnessing the installation of cable trays & Cable pulling as per the standards.
•Witnessing of Testing and Commissioning of Fire Fighting Pump Motors, ac motors & Dry Type Molded Transformer.
•Winding resistance test, Insulation resistance test and Solo run test of MV & LV motors.
•Site Modification works depending upon the critical issues when the commissioning activities are involving with the interface systems.

•Witnessing the installation & testing of Heat Tracing cables.
•Site Modification works depending upon the critical issues when the commissioning activities are involving with the interface systems.
