Manage the execution and coordination of all Agricultural (Tractors, Trailers, Auto mechanization units) Transportation vehicle, Heavy machinery and workshop matters within the organisation through
• Efficient management of the workshop, ensuring scheduled maintenance and vehicle monitoring timetables are adhered.
• Manage and train all workshop staff to ensure staff development and continuous improvement in workshop efficiency (overseeing workshop HR).
• Maintain and develop the workshop to high professional standards so that it is fit for purpose, safe and compliant with environmental protection criteria.
• Target minimal vehicle downtime through quality repairs, preventative maintenance and operator training. Conduct repairs and maintenance in the workshop as well as via a mobile field maintenance unit.
• Ensure workshop maintains correct records, including but not limited to; vehicle scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance times, time spent working on each vehicle and issues resolved (such that workshop personnel can best plan/prioritise their time and so poor vehicles are identified clearly and early so that replacement can be promptly considered)
• Organizing stock management (including spare parts / tires etc.) including procurement in line with maintenance requirements.
• Ensure compliance of vehicles with regulations (servicing requirements are met, insurance, logbooks etc).
• Conduct and co-ordinate scheduled and ad-hoc safety checks on vehicles and operators, in conjunction with the company’s health and safety team (spot checking to ensure full compliance)
• Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with national legislation, fleet regulations and the Road Safety Management Plan (RSMP).
• Train and educate staff on the RSMP concepts, practices and procedures.
• Responsible for Workshop Personnel Training, Skill Enhancement & Performance Evaluation on periodic basis.
• Educate, Train & Sustain the team with OHSE standards on par with RSPO (Round Table for Sustainable Palm Oil) & ISO 14001(International Standard Organization) levels.
• Responsible for complete workshop Safety Working Culture system to achieve ZERO accidents & incidents while working.
• Preparation of Annual Budgets for existing fleet maintenance in terms of Spares, Lubes, Tires & other accessories and analyzing the needs for new vehicles and machines for operational facilitation.

Responsible for the Complete Workshop Maintenance & Operations like Periodical Maintenance, Service, Repairs, Major Overhauls, Spare Parts Management, Breakdown Assistance, Spare Parts Refurbishment etc. subjected to the Palm Plantation (HEMM, Trucks, Pickups, Gensets, Water Pumps) with a Team of 20+ with a Semi-Automatic Workshop facility.
• Introduced Vehicle Telematics for Tracking the User Operational Performance to enhance the vehicle life.
• Newly Introduced Various Service & Periodic Maintenance schedules, Vehicle Operational Checklists, Tire Reports & Fuel Consumption Monitoring Reports Etc.
• Took part in various Mechanization activities to improve the crop production like Mechanical Sprayers, Fertilizer Spreaders, Three Way tipping trailers Etc.
• Preparation of Annual Budgets for existing fleet maintenance in terms of Spares, Lubes, Tires & other accessories and also analyzing the needs for new vehicles and machines for operational facilitation.
• Responsible for complete workshop Health and Safety system implementation to achieve ZERO accidents & incidents while work.
• Responsible for Workshop Personnel Training, Skill Enhancement & Performance Evaluation on periodic basis.
• Started Inhouse overhauling of Caterpillar Excavator Engines (Accert Technology) through setting up an isolated engine overhaul room to repair the major aggregates like Engine, Gear Box & Differential Units.
• Strived & Succeeded in introducing the SAP module for the Vehicle Service Management System where earlier this was done manually through paper work and also integrated the vehicle telematics to the SAP module for a better maintenance assistance.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the Complete Workshop Maintenance & Operations like Periodical Maintenance, Service, Repairs, Major Overhauls, Spare Parts Management, Breakdown Assistance, Spare Parts Refurbishment etc. subjected to the Heavy-Duty Haulage Truck Fleet. (Mercedes Benz Actros & Axor, Beiben) with a Team of 40+ handling a fleet size of 110 Vehicles with a Semi-Automatic Workshop facility.

•Introduced Shift Working System to control the Overtime allocation and also for the effective utilization of the man power.
•Awarding the Performance League to the Workshop Team on Monthly basis.
•Conducting Workshop Tool Box Meetings & Safety Awareness Forums for the Workshop Team.
•Handled a Team of 40+ in three different locations in and around East African region.
•Generation & Analyzation on daily reports of Spares, Tires, and Trucks repairs status in the yard.

Position held— Fleet Engineer
Responsibilities: Scheduled both corrective and preventative maintenance for Vehicles & Eqp.
• Handling Service and Maintenance of Light Commercial Vehicles Also.
• Responsible for reducing the Vehicle/Equipment Downtime.
• Operational & Maintenance Facilitation to the technicians.
• Maintained vehicles and ensured it’s clean and safe to drive at all times.
• Spare Parts Management through Purchasing & Stocking.
• Assistance to the Management in buying and selling of various fleet vehicles.

Position held - Fleet Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities -Service support for the Multi Branded Heavy Duty Trucks & Earth Moving Equipment like Tata, AshokLeyland, Eicher, Caterpillar respectively. Workshop based at Construction Site at Hyderabad City outskirts facilitating the Maintenance proactively through Troubleshooting, Diagnostics. Monitoring the Scheduled services, Warranty Claims, Breakdown Assistance, drafting of job cards and raising the Part Failure Reports (PFR). Guiding the Service Technicians for repair accuracy as per the manuals to minimize down time, Spare Parts Planning & Maintenance.

Responsibilities - Generating Job Cards and performing Service & Repairs on the Tractors. Performing pre Delivery Inspections (PDI), Open Delivery Reports (ODR), Warranty Claims Etc. Conducting Monthly & Quarterly Service Camps in the Village and Remote Areas.
