Plan and Implement a systematic talent acquisition strategy for the ADNOC Offshore PMC project, MEPSC (extension to the Houston office procurement), Oman and Saudi office, additionally I extend my support on proposals and additional PMC projects.
•Deliver on the agreed SLA’s and reporting for the projects with the Clients and various stake holders involved on the project.

As a Senior HR Generalist

•Focal Point of contact for 5 Business Unit’s with a strength 180 employees which are local, expatriate and site staff in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for HR Operations.
•Take charge and care of Onboarding, probation completions, Employee Leaves entitlements, Cash in lieu, internal transfers between regions, EOSB Calculations with the assistance of the payroll team and offboarding of employees.
