 Provide appropriate update information to SVP & SPM for the status of the project.

 Manage circulation of documents for both incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and faxes.

 File and retrieve corporate documents, record and reports; arranging meeting calendar, presentations / workshops and business travel.

 Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.

 In-charge in the preparation of correspondences and or business letters.

 Compile, transcribe and distributes minutes of meetings.

 Manages the office responsibilities professionally, efficiently and the document control system in accordance with ISO 9001-2000.

 Experienced at site based Document Controller whom reporting directly to Resident Engineer / Asst.  Creates a convenient system of filing / storing and data maintenance in such a manner that information should be available for all concerned persons at anytime and which is of easier access to co-workers. Organizes and prepares the weekly and monthly progress report of the project.

 Manage the circulation of documents, monitor and coordinate with the discipline engineers in regards to the responses of technical submittals, issuance of drawings for construction.
