 Creates a convenient system of filing / storing and data maintenance in such a manner that information should be available for all concerned persons at anytime and which is of easier access to co-workers. Organizes and prepares the weekly and monthly progress report of the project.

 Manage the circulation of documents, monitor and coordinate with the discipline engineers in regards to the responses of technical submittals, issuance of drawings for construction.
