Front line salesperson, meeting the demands and needs of different customers with different nationalities with regards to product knowledge, sales demonstration and product complains customer relation and customer satisfaction.

Reconcile/analyse, retrieve and send collection statements to accredited bank partners of SSS with regards to Contribution of SSS members.
Create and send billing statements
Follow through email and accept queries about the billing sent
Determine the amount of order of our regular customer in a month and check if they meet their usual orders, if not visit our clients and report to our marketing division what is the reason why the drop of order, so they can formulate price changes or special offer so they can go back purchasing to our company again.
Check displays, send advertising materials to promote our products.
Determine what is in demand in the market.
Order placing and collection of checks from provincial clients.
Manages cash receipt book and cash disbursement book
Audits and verifies expenses from operations team and process it for approval
Process monthly utility expenses
Reconcile company’s bank account
Record journal entries, prepares trial balance and financial reports
Summarize daily time records of 80 to 100 employees
Prepare billing statements to clients
Process overtime approvals
Provide documents for each employees for their cash card
Print and issue pay checks
Assist in creating alpha list of employees for monthly contribution of Social Security, Philippine Health Insurance, Housing Fund and Life Insurance
