1. Coordinate job order execution activities, resources, equipment and information
2. Set timeframes for completion of the job order
3. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, access requirements, permissions and objectives
4. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
5. Make sure that needs of the clients are met during job execution
6. Analyze risks and opportunities
7. Oversee procurement management
8. Monitor work progress and handle any issues that arise

16. Extensive knowledge in Fire alarm, firefighting, pump & FM 200 system
17. Basic knowledge of security cameras, access control system, DPS portal activities, etc
