Giulia Rugna Sapia

I am responsible for planning, executing, and managing second- and third-level control
activities, with a focus on risk assessment projects. I provide support and advisory services to
the control functions of banking and financial intermediaries, as well as leading industrial
companies. My responsibilities also include drafting internal regulations and preparing and
updating the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative
Decree 231/2001 .

I have carried out audit activities within the scope of continuous auditing, including the
analysis of information flows required by the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative
Decree 231/2001 . I have also supported the Function in audit activities related to both
compliance and business areas, as well as assisted business units in their day-to-day
operations.
