My duties and responsibilities include drafting complex corporate commercial agreements and providing legal advice on all corporate commercial matters.

My legal services include the following:

- Lead the dispute resolution process.
- Monitor the regulatory evolution to provide guidance on all regulatory affairs.
- Draft and review various types of agreements including Interconnection agreements, licensing agreements, shareholder agreements, share sale and purchase agreements and service level agreements.
- To respond to Public consultations issued by regulators in Jordan, Bahrain and Lebanon and to lead negotiations to ensure that JT Group is granted the most favorable regulatory conditions as possible under which to compete. I am fully responsible for responses to all consultation documents. Such consultation documents include but are not limited to : Licensing regime, Interconnection instructions, USO, Quality of services, Mobile number portability, Rule making procedures, Competition safeguards, Financial Guarantees, Carrier selection and pre selection. Local Loop Unbundling, Collocation and infrastructure sharing, Market definition, MVNO, numbering plan, spectrum instructions and others.
- Address all legal and regulatory issues facing JTG subsidiaries abroad including Light Speed in Bahrain

My legal services include the following:

- Advising on, negotiating and participating in the drafting of the Civil Aviation Law.
- Working with international consultants on providing a legal and regulatory framework conducive to private sector development. My work also included participating in managing agreements for the privatization and expansion of Queen Alia Airport and the privatization of Queen Noor Aeronautical College.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts.

My work as a Legal Advisor for Ministry of Justice enabled me to review temporary laws and recent amendments, to participate in the drafting, negotiation and advocacy of more than 50 pieces of legislation such as companies' law, investment promotion laws, telecommunications law, national production protection law, electricity law and income and sales tax laws and others. Such an experience enabled me to adept myself at assessing the legal implications of policy proposals and at translating policy initiatives into coherent, well-conceived and well-drafted legislation. I am also part of the Judicial Reform team at the Ministry.
Furthermore; reviewing commercial contracts, labor contracts and legal agreements have given me a more comprehensive knowledge and experience in preparation of contracts, which involve cases such as licenses, purchases, sales, joint-venture agreements.

Legal Trainee in the Transaction Department

As advisors for the privatization commission:

- I was part of a legal team devised to handle and manage major projects for the privatization of Public Entities in Jordan.

- My duties here have left me well-versed and competent in drafting legal contracts, both in Arabic and in English.
