• Bespoke development done on a hybrid Google Could environment via Python and CD/CI using Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow and other tools for DevSecOps.
• Change management, user training and deployment of a new operating model by integrating the proactive monitoring system into new optimized processes involving IT and Business stakeholders.
