Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
• Operating, Managing and Monitoring the Branch activities on a day-by-day basis, its Administrative & Finance department, preparing and participating to Tenders, performing Business Development, initiating and maintaining Client relationship.
• Holding Power of Attorney for Italconsult KSA Branch, performing the role of General Manager, representing the Company and the Branch in front of Government and Private entities, appearing before and executing documents on behalf of the Branch and the Company at any Ministry or Government Department in KSA and any Labor Office and recruitment office.
• Negotiate and sign contracts with Public and Private Authorities.
• Open, Operate and Manage bank accounts in Saudi Arabia on behalf of the Company and the Branch.

• Performing a key role in Project Planning, Budgeting, and identification of resources needed with focus on a $3.3 billion PMC Project for the Ministry of Interior (KAP5) on 1.5 Ml sqm development, with over 370 sites and 450 staff.
• Building and maintaining Client/Stakeholders Relationship on a day-by-day basis, to grant the smooth progression of the project and the Client Satisfaction
• Preparing and implementing Business Control files (production, costs, CTC, Project Financial Performance, cash flow forecast, invoicing). Reducing overall costs by strict revenue and production controls
• Responsible for the whole Employment process, planning and employment strategy.
• Preparing and implementing Procedures and Policies.

• As Deputy Branch Manager and member of the Board of Directors performed a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed. with focus on a $5.6 billion PMC Project for the Ministry of Interior (Security Forces Medical Cities) on 5.0 Ml sqm development, with 2 sites and 450 staff. Co-responsible for the start-up of the company branch in KSA
• Built and maintained Clients/Stakeholders Relationship on a day-by-day basis, to grant the smooth progression of the project and the Client satisfaction Preparing and implementing internal procedures and policy.

• Manager for co-ordination and supervision, project management, planning, detailed design review and value engineering, reports, cost estimate, to accomplish the deadline for two major Hospital schemes in Naples (Hospital Federico II) and Aversa (Hospital G. Moscati).
