C. Generate quarterly statistics for the Executive Director of Medical Affairs
D. Prepare presentations
E. Checking of staff’s compensations and other administrative tasks
2. Designer’s Tasks:
A. Creates the logo, design and layout of the Executive Directorate of Medical Affairs Newsletter
B. Creates the design and layout of the Medical Affairs Handbook
C. Creates the logo and design the digital and print ad materials for all the events organized by the EAMA
D. Initialize the creation of the EAMA’s website
E. Creates powerpoint presentation templates for the Executive Administration
1. Creates the following promotional materials:
A. University and college’s brochure
B. Tarpaulin layout (Announcements)
C. University’s annual calendar
D. And other materials needed for marketing and promotion
2. Handles communication inside and outside the university, filing of documents, and other office works.
3. Travels to promote the university in different places in Quezon province.
