Pay Roll
- Managing and finalizing the monthly Payroll.
- Entering & loading all Payroll related entries (like fines and penalties, overtime, Time Sheets, Iraq allowance, telephone deduction, passport deductions etc) on to the HRMS.
- Preparing Salaries for all the temporary recruited staff.
- Entering and tracking Employee Annual Leaves & validating leave returns.
- Entering Medical leaves and checking the necessary Deductions.
- Processing Annual Air ticket encashment requests.
Recruitment
- Carrying out Manpower Requirement and coordinating with Placement Agencies, Websites and referrals in search of right candidates and preparing contracts and employment offers.
- Screening of resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews for potential candidates.
- Assisted in Organizing and carrying out the Operations for the Local Recruitment Fair.
- Assisting department heads with their Staff Requisitions and preparing job descriptions.
- Following up on post recruitment formalities like setting up offices, making sure all recruitment related documents have been verified and submitted.
- Conducting Induction programmes for all new joiners.
Daily Operations
- Making Time Cards for all new employees.
- Checking the daily Attendance for defaulters and preparing the necessary warnings and deductions for them.
- Preparing Insurance Reports for the given timelines.
- Handling Bank Accounts.
- Preparing Admin Orders, Inter Department Transfers, EOS and other related documents.
- Preparing Salary & End of Service Certificates.
- Preparing all kinds of reports, statistics required by the management.
- Ensuring all HR administrative records are updated and maintained in the employee personal file.
Employee Relations
- Contact point for employees and managers to answer queries and provide general employee information including: compensation, benefits, attendance, performance reviews/evaluations and terminations.
- Managing day-to-day HR issues and deal with employee discipline & cultivate an environment of trust and collaborations and create awareness about organizational values and culture.
- Preparing Condolence, Circulars & Notices.
- Conducting exit interviews.
- Handling Employee day to day problems / grievances / queries.
- Educate employees about various HR Policies and keep strict vigil on its implementation.
- Conducting and reviewing yearly Performance Appraisals.
Administration
- Preparing the monthly Administration expenses for the entire company.
- Preparing & tallying the Mobile bill Payments.
